Do you just go to the store and buy almond milk thinking that it's a complicated process? Guess what? It's not. This took me 3 minutes total make. And that almond milk you are buying from the store likely contains just a few almonds plus a bunch of other additives you don't want.
1. Soak 1 cup almonds for 9-12 hours.
2. Drain and rinse.
3. Put 3 dates, 1 tsp vanilla extract, almonds and 4 1/2 cups of water in blender for 1-2 minutes.
4. Pour into a nut milk bag, twist and squeeze.

That's it. I did a taste test to compare mine to the one I've been buying and there is NO comparison! And now I know what's actually going into mine.
