Happy Summer and Happy Taco Tuesday!
Here’s a little something you can try. Ever since I started researching nutrition (almost 10 years ago) I got big on reading ingredient labels. There are things hidden in our spice blends that aren’t good for us. It turns out taco seasoning can be one of them.
Get out a mason jar and you’ll have taco seasoning for many Tuesdays to come!
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon non-GMO corn starch
This post came about because I’ve decided I need to be more consistent on here. There are so many things that I want to share, so many ways I want to add value, so I just need to do it! I have been focusing on the 30 Day Transformation and building content and community there, but I know not everyone is ready to commit to that program, so until then, I hope you can implement some of the tips to help you get healthier from the inside out!
