We just hit a big milestone in our house with 3 kids ages 7, 4, and 3. We removed the child locks from the stove knobs. My kids are now conditioned to stay away from the stove. It got me thinking:
How many things are we not doing because we think they are impossible?
Child locks function a lot like electric collars for dogs. Once dogs have gotten zapped enough times, they stop trying to go outside their comfort zone.
What stories are you telling yourself that are not serving you? Stories that are keeping you from doing what you were put on this earth to do. We all have to power to rewrite our story. What child locks/dog collars do you need to remove in your life?
