Love coffee??

January 06, 2016 by Jessi Culyer

Have you tried coconut milk instead of dairy? We have been brainwashed by the billion dollar dairy industry into thinking we need dairy to survive. We are not ton-sized cows. Do you still believe you need to drink milk for calcium? Only 30% is absorbed from dairy. You get more calcium from broccoli.

The non-dairy creamers filled with artificial ingredients aren't good either! Stick to plant-based ingredients that are easily digested by our bodies.

Check out my blog post "One Small Change" to find out more.

f you are a tea drinker, here is an option that helps detox your liver at a cellular rate! It's delicious.

What are your thoughts?

Raining or not, palm trees are always good!
Even though I’m wearing clothes here, this machine makes you feel naked! Anyone ever do one of these before?

Right?! Tag that friend! 🙌🏼
I had lost myself. I was miserable. When I learned about this opportunity at MOPS I had just completely broken down in tears. I was so miserable, so lost. That was 6 years ago.

God used this business to help me find myself. To help me realize who he created me to be. And now I get to give that gift to others.

Thank you, @rbonfran, for allowing me to be a part of your event giving back to middle school girls. What a perfect time to feed into them. Middle school is rough!

What are your strongest memories from middle school?

Mine: getting teased relentlessly by a boy about my armpits because I hadn’t started shaving yet...in front of my entire class.
When they are different than you, you are too blind to see that they want love too.

When it’s a picture on a website, they aren’t really real.

When it’s a donation to somewhere across the world, the need doesn’t seem so great.

When it’s poverty, it doesn’t sink in that these are people who want their basic needs met just like you.

When you hear special needs, you don’t realize what these mothers have to do to keep their children alive every single day.

Until you go. Then you understand.

And they keep a piece of your heart and you’re never the same.
